QUESTIONS ON THE ESTA FORM
Are you one of the lucky ones ready to fly to the United States? Our team is here to help you. Our experts can advise you on the questions on the ESTA USA form.
QUESTIONS FOR ESTA
When you apply for an ESTA, you are presented with a questionnaire containing a number of questions divided into sections.
- The first concerns information specific to the traveler and his/her passport. You’ll need to enter your full name, gender, date of birth and place of birth, passport details, marital status, e-mail address, parents’ full names and employment details.
- The second concerns your stay in the U.S.: reason for visit (although you can apply for ESTA without any specific plans), full address and emergency contact.
- Finally, you are presented with a list of questions to be answered with “yes” or “no”. The questions concern your health and behavior (criminal record, relationship to American law).
Be careful when answering. The U.S. authorities are very careful to maintain their homeland security, and filter all arrivals on their soil. The slightest error on the form could result in your application being rejected.
Once all the questions have been answered, you must validate your ESTA application by ticking the last box. By doing so, you certify that you have read and understood the form, and officially waive your right to contest any decision the immigration officer may make upon your arrival in the USA. A validated application will result in authorization, pending or refusal.
